An evening with Van Morrison 'Lit Up Inside'

A video of the wonderful ‘Lit Up Inside’ event at the Aspects Festival September 2016. This evening was made all the more special by Van being joined in conversation by bestselling crime writer Ian Rankin. Additionally, London-based writer and poet, Scarlett Sabet, and Pulitzer Prize winner, Paul Muldoon, performed readings of Van's lyrics in their own poetic voices. Dr Eamonn Hughes, the editor of Lit Up Inside conducted the night's performance, which made for an evening of literary delight.

Golden Globe winning actress Kim Cattrall delivered a spellbinding performance through her intimate readings of 'Someone Like You' and 'Meaning of Loneliness' whilst Van, sitting close by, accompanied on guitar.

The night concluded with Van and his band playing a mix of his classic tracks and songs from his newly released 36th studio album ‘Keep Me Singing’
